I have never posted on here before, but in light of the upcoming reunion, I would like to add my two cents.  First of all, a big THANK YOU to all of you who are making this happen!  You are giving much of your time, talent, and commitment, in eager anticipation of that fat paycheck:  oh, that's right, it's $0.00.  You might be behind the scenes, but we really appreciate your hard work.

And to any whiners/ complainers out there:  I personally don't come to the reunions to be entertained.  I could care less about the venue, or whether we eat steak or hot dogs.  Just give me a chair, a bathroom, and if it's outside, some bug spray. Reunions to me are about the people.  I intend to have lots of laughs (mostly at my own expense- yeah, I was an idiot in high school) catch up with old friends, share grandkid pictures, and commiserate about the absurdity we called "high school".

I'm sure we'll have some somber moments too, as we reflect on our classmates gone too soon.  But reunions are meant to be a celebration, if for no other reason than we made it this far relatively intact!  I have a special place in my heart for my old classmates, and I can't wait to see you all at the reunion!  So get off your old fat duffs, and hobble over to your calendars and mark the date..

Brenda......Well said!   Thank you for your quick thoughts on the reunion.  I was in the process of responding but you type faster than I do.  I totally agree, its a thankless job and I'm just glad some classmates are willing to do the work for all of us.  I'm sure they would be glad for any help or ideas anyone might want to share.  Now we are up to 4 cents worth.  See you at the reunion!

Thanks Sherrie!  And Dan, that sounds like a great idea!  I would love to see your place.  Not sure how many "kids" will be there, since most of us are now in the grandkid stage.  And as much as I love my grandsons, I won't be bringing them to the reunion.  Not sure I want them to see Grammy dancing in the back of your pickup truck with a beer can in my hand shouting "Jeremiah was a Bullfrog"  (oh yeah, it could happen...)

HI Tim,  I want to see you at the Reunion.  Geez, we are flying in from all over the country to come there, and you live locally. You should be able to come around the corner to talk to us.   What are you planning for the 45th?

I'm sure I can speak for all of us when I give a huge thank you to Dave and Karen Molmen and Doug Kirk for the organizing and implementation they performed in giving us a most wonderful reunion! They truly went over and above all expectations to provide  us with a successful  event, down to the smallest details!

A big thank you also goes out to Dave and Jackie Schmidt ifor providing the most enjoyable music and to Dan and Cindy Lordemann for opening their home and property for all to enjoy!

I don't have enough words to express how great it was to see everyone. Sharing the stories, the laughter and the camaraderie was priceless! I personally can't wait for the next one!! Hugs to all of you!

It was awesome to see everyone at the reunion!  Thank you all SO much for coming!  I'm already dreaming of how great it's going to be to get together again next time.  It just seems like another ten years is too long to wait.

We had so much fun, so many laughs, and heartfelt rememberances.

I went home thinking how lucky I am to have so many amazing classmates...
